What a great day for Czech javelin throwers! Both Jakub and Vítězslav improved their season bests and won silver and bronze medals at the 32th Olympic Games in Tokyo.

The best performances during the seventh day at the Olympics were given by Amel Tuka, Jakub Vadlejch and Vítězslav Veselý.


Our medal balance 2 - 0 - 0


Bosnia and Herzegovina's 800m record holder, Amel Tuka, finished in sixth place in the final in 1:45.98. Amel tried to win the first medal for Bosnia and Herzegovina, but his health problems did not allow him to be 100% fit. Nevertheless, he won a beautiful sixth place.
